We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email

Sequin Bazaar will re-deliver, replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided at time of purchase. Please note a package cannot be re-routed to another address once it has been sent. Please make sure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.


Returns policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Sequin Bazaar and hope you are satisfied with every Sequin Bazaar purchase you make. With this in mind we offer the following returns policy.

For a full refund or exchange, please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Any item returned must be unused, unopened in the original packaging and labels clean and intact.

Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty. We will arrange a refund, return or replacement on any items that arrive in a faulty or damaged condition, in accordance with Australian consumer law.

Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge, shipping charges will be waived only if the item is faulty.

We recommend using registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Exchange items will be processed as a return and a new sale, and as such will incur shipping charges.

Some of the items we stock are handmade and have individual qualities that add to their unique character, these items are not faulty and these characteristics cannot be used as the basis for a refund. Please contact us at if you have any questions about a product before purchasing.
